About the Role
Resolve customer issues and try to find solutions to the best of your ability.
Maintain store cleanliness and restock product as needed.
Must be a team player and interact well with current staff.
Will work under the Store Manager, but must also be willing to accept direction from senior staff with good attitude.
Must be willing to accept new duties as needed.
Must be able to pass a background check and wear a firearm during work hours.
Sales experience desired. Must be committed to identifying needs, closing sales and reaching company profitability goals.
Professionalism: Will not allow personal bias to deter or influence customer buying decision.
Excellent customer service skills.
Desire to assist customers and determine the best product for them.
Positive attitude to interact with customers and create brand loyalty.
Neat appearance. 21yrs old minimum. Reading and writing accuracy.
Extensive firearms, optics, and accessories knowledge to assist customers in making a buying decision.
Must be comfortable in a retail situation and a high customer traffic environment.
Physically able to assist with warehouse duties, moving boxes and receiving merchandise as needed.
Timeliness: Must arrive on time and be ready to work. Willing to work most retail holidays.
Computer proficiency to answer emails and process the 4473 NICS background check.
High School Diploma, GED or verifiable work experience.
Accurate typing skills, computer literate.
Excellent organization skills.
Will be competitive for this type of position.
